Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User shall have the right to file a claim with a Control Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event that he/she does not see the exercise of his/her rights satisfied. The control authority with which the claim has been filed will inform the claimant about the course and the result of the claim.
