In the restaurants of our hotels, we are committed to human talent. Our team includes creative chefs who seek to discover new flavors through local ingredients, creating genuine, high-quality cuisine.
We focus on fresh, locally sourced, seasonal, and organic products.
For breakfast, we prepare all our breads, cakes, and pastries entirely by hand, fresh every day. We also offer an à la carte menu with thoughtfully prepared breakfasts inspired by Colombian cuisine.
Currently, we have two restaurants, each offering a unique dining experience for our guests.

The creative, fresh, and local cuisine at Casa Tayrona is the result of the collaboration between chefs and producers who work together to offer diners a remarkable gastronomic experience through a carefully crafted menu that evokes Colombian cuisine from a contemporary perspective, using premium ingredients.

Every Tuesday and Friday, we celebrate creativity with an eight-course tasting menu, where the star ingredients come from our sea. Each course tells the story of the fishermen, farmers, and growers of the region.

We work with people from the local community — individuals who know their land and are proud of it. Each member of our team finds within this family a space for learning, growth, and transformation.
